About us

Enjoy freshly cooked Mediterranean food, cocktails and local cask ale at Ego Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar. Taking its cues from the Mediterranean region, the menu at Ego ranges from Greek mezze to paella to stone-baked pizza. It overlooks the beautiful Winter Garden too.

In a beautiful setting only a stone’s throw away from The Crucible and The Lyceum theatres, as the official partner, Ego is a must visit for its Mediterranean food, family friendly dining, cocktails and pre-theatre dining.

Serving cuisine from across the Mediterranean including French, Spanish, Italian, Greek and Moroccan food enjoy everything from chargrilled steaks, kebabs, fresh fish and seafood, pizza, pasta and paella. Plus, there's dedicated gluten free and vegan menus, afternoon tea and two children’s menus so there’s something for everyone. A beautiful outside terrace offers lots of space for al fresco dining.
