Flame Hardeners Ltd currently have over 200 years experience in flame and induction hardening techniques.

Our services and facilities are:
- Surface hardening components using flame and induction hardening processes of engineering components manufactured in suitable materials
- Metallographic examination and hardness gradient confirmation as required
- A full range of equipment to adequately handle most engineering components and the ability to construct temporary set ups for unique components together with the development of bespoke tooling
- All tooling manufactured on our premises by our experienced tool makers
- Large stock of standard tools for hardening of gears, rollers, slides etc
