About us

Located in the historic former Sunday School building at 34 Cambridge Street, Güs offers both guided and unguided sauna and ice bath experiences, alongside a relaxed café space serving locally sourced food and drink.

Our space is designed for recovery, relaxation and community. We offer two saunas, four ice baths and a cold plunge shower, with private changing rooms, premium showers and towels provided. Unwind in calm rest areas, take a tea break, or refuel at our café serving drinks and light bites.

At Güs we deliver authentic thermal wellness, featuring exclusive, therapist-guided Saunagus ceremonies alongside invigorating cold plunges and tranquil free flow sauna sessions.
