Located in Cambridge Street Collective, Europe's largest purpose built food hall, Kai is 'Where Sushi Gets Crunchy'.

We are known for our Japanese crunchy bases and daily fresh proteins and we have options for everyone (VG/V/PESCA/HALAL MEAT). 

Options include our signature katsu rice cake, or a crunchy vegan-friendly nori shell filled with sushi rice, filled with a range of daily-changing items. Fresh greens, choice of protein and a choice of sauces.

It’s perfect for a quick lunch, a snack between meetings, or for sharing with friends.
