About us

KSpace is one of the largest serviced apartment providers across Yorkshire, with over 80 unique apartments situated in both Leeds and Sheffield City centres. Our luxury apartments offer a refreshing and spacious alternative to a hotel room - a place you can live, work and unwind. Our aim is to make sure that every person that comes through our doors has the best stay, whilst also making the most of what the cities have to offer.

The West One complex is in the Devonshire Quarter. The Crucible and Lyceum are a 10 minute walk away and Sheffield Cathedral is just half a mile away. Our apartments are located within a short walk from both Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University. KSpace apartments are also situated in the locality of the Hallamshire hospital and Sheffield Children's hospital. The apartments enjoy the benefits of city living with all the amenities possibly required within the local area. The train station is only a short journey from our apartments
