About us

Sheffield University Officers’ Training Corps (SUOTC) is an Army Reserve unit that recruits exclusively from university students across South Yorkshire.

Affiliated universities include: Sheffield University, Sheffield Hallam.

Students are under no obligation to join the Regular Army or Army Reserves after your time with the UOTC finishes.

We are located at the Somme Barracks on Glossop Road.
