About us

Sheffield Housing Company (SHC) is a joint venture established by Sheffield City Council in 2011 to build quality new homes and to create attractive places for people to live across Sheffield.

Our current portfolio of land will see us develop over 2,000 properties within the city. The majority are family homes available for open market sale, however, we also develop for shared ownership, affordable rent and market rent.
