About us

Tai Wei is located at Cambridge Street Collective in Sheffield city centre.

Owner and founder, Tina, learnt authentic Taiwanese cooking from her aunt, and serves up Taiwan’s signature spice, heat and heart on a plate.

Signature menu items include: Short rib noodle dish, street food staples such as kung pao chicken, and comfort food such as ramen bowls and crispy gyozas.
