About us

VAS (Voluntary Action Sheffield) has provided support and leadership for the voluntary sector for over 90 years. We focus on community impact, influence decision makers and champion volunteering as a force for positive action.

Getting involved in community projects is a huge part of what gives us an identity as Sheffielders and makes the city a welcoming, fun and thriving place to live and work. We do the things which enable groups to focus their energy on making a difference with people.

We are based at The Circle, off Division Street (behind Costa Coffee).
