🎨 Calling Sheffield schools in S5, S35 & S36! 🎨 We’re launching Pick a Picture — a brand-new pilot project giving one primary and one secondary school from the north of the city the chance to have an artwork from Sheffield's collection on display in their school for a whole academic year! We have some fabulous artworks to choose from, including work by local artists, abstracts, portraits, landscapes and still lifes - you’ll be able to choose an artwork that inspires your pupils and will enable you to spark creative teaching and learning experiences across the curriculum, and you will be supported by Sheffield Museums’ Schools Team and by our experienced curators and technicians. ✨Plus, the two selected schools will receive £500 towards transport to visit The Millennium Gallery and Graves Gallery! 📍 Eligible postcodes: Sheffield schools in S5, S35 or S36 📨 E-mail learning@sheffieldmuseums.org.uk to express your interest and request an application form. ⏰ Deadline: Fri 13 Feb 🏃♀️
