Looking for a career in film? 📽️ We are searching for talented, enthusiastic and hard-working 16-19 years olds from across the UK to take part in the BFI Film Academy Specialist Residential: Film Curation and Archiving. This intensive course runs Mon 16 Feb - Sun 22 Feb 2026, and gives the opportunity to: - Visit leading film archives and cinema venues. - Gain insight into careers in film curation, preservation, and exhibition. - Meet experts from organisations such as LUX Moving Image, June Givanni Pan African Cinema Archive and HippFest. - Curate and edit an archive touring package for cinema exhibition, and present it to industry professionals. The course is free to take part in, and we have a generous bursary scheme that can cover the cost of travel or access requirements to ensure that the programme is as accessible as possible.
